By downloading, installing, or using Entropic Tarot ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App is available via web browser, the Apple App Store, and Google Play Store. These Terms apply regardless of how you access the App.
Entropic Tarot is a digital tarot card reading application that uses physical entropy collected from your device's sensors (microphone, camera, and touch screen) to produce cryptographically secure card shuffles. The App provides tarot card readings with three spread types (Single Card, Three Card, and Celtic Cross) using three historical tarot decks.
The App also offers an optional AI-powered interpretation feature that generates narrative readings based on the cards drawn.
The App is free to use. The free tier is supported by display advertising shown on content pages (Features, Library, Roadmap, Saved Readings, and Feedback). The reading flow itself — entropy collection, card selection, shuffle, and reading display — does not contain advertising.
Optional paid subscription tiers may be offered to remove advertising and unlock additional features. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal mechanics will be disclosed at the point of purchase. All core reading functionality remains available without payment.
Entropic Tarot does not require or support user accounts. There is no registration, no login, no email collection, and no user profiles. You use the App anonymously.

The Entropic Tarot application, its code, design, user interface, and documentation are the intellectual property of Entropic Tarot and are protected by applicable copyright laws.
All tarot card imagery used in the App is sourced from the public domain:
No proprietary card imagery is used. You are free to use screenshots or exports of card images from the App, as the underlying artwork carries no copyright restrictions.
The interpretive text, Qabalah correspondences, astrological attributions, and esoteric knowledge presented in the App are based on publicly available traditions of Western esotericism, including the works of the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn and established Qabalistic scholarship. These traditions are not proprietary.

Since the App is free and collects no data, your maximum potential damages from use of the App are zero.
